A native Oregonian, Dale grew up in La Grande hunting, fishing, and camping in the Eastern Oregon Mountains.  After graduating from high school in 1979 and having the chance to play college basketball at Umpqua Community College, Dale moved to Roseburg, Oregon.

After playing basketball for two years and earning an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration, Dale went to work for Roseburg Forest Products.  After many years and different experiences working in the forest products industry, it was time to move to Corvallis in 1988 to pursue his college degree at Oregon State University.

Oregon State was a wonderful experience; however, Dale transferred to Linfield College midway through his junior year and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1991.

After a two year business venture at starting a property management company in McMinnville, Oregon, Dale joined Jackson Cooper and Associates in Corvallis in 1994 and began his commercial real estate career.  In 1995, Dale and his partners purchased the company and later renamed it Commercial Associates.

Dale is involved with all aspects of commercial real estate with his primary focus on commercial brokerage, leasing and property development.  He has assembled a proven team of experts in all trades to assist clients in their commercial real estate needs, regardless of the challenges and complexities of the transaction.

Dale volunteers his time and resources to community causes such as the Boys and Girls Club of Corvallis, Albany Tennis Club Board, Corvallis High School and many community and business related activities.

Dale is married (Shari), has two daughters (Tessa & Anna), and lives in Corvallis.  Family activities include following the girls sporting events, playing tennis, running, traveling in the family RV and working in the yard and garden.
