Gary has nearly 40 years experience in commercial real estate brokerage with a primary focus on leasing office and retail properties throughout Oregon’s Willamette Valley. He earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is recognized for his long-standing involvement in the Corvallis commercial market. Gary has also been actively engaged in community leadership including roles as President and Chairman of the Downtown Corvallis Association, Chair of the Corvallis Planning Commission, and a board member of the Corvallis Chamber of Commerce.
