Dale has a 30-year background in commercial real estate. This includes the sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties, tax deferred exchanges, plus project and property development activity. Dale has had first-hand experience in all areas of his work. He currently owns and manages retail, office, and residential income properties, and developed and constructed retail, apartment, office and industrial projects. Dale has a comprehensive understanding of what needs to happen in each successful transaction and project.

Chuck Kingsley
Chuck’s career in real estate development, brokerage, and investment, spans more than 50 years. From residential subdivisions to multi-family, office and retail development, to real estate leasing, acquisition and divestment, he has assisted clients in achieving their real estate goals and objectives. Gary Pond
Gary has nearly 40 years experience in commercial real estate brokerage with a primary focus on leasing office and retail properties throughout Oregon’s Willamette Valley. He earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is recognized for his long-standing involvement in the Corvallis commercial market. Gary has also been actively engaged in community leadership including roles as President and Chairman of the Downtown Corvallis Association, Chair of the Corvallis Planning Commission, and a board member of the Corvallis Chamber of Commerce.

Alan Wells
Alan has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate for over 30 years. He specializes in the sale, purchase and development of self storage facilities, having built his first facility in 1995. Alan is the owner of a commercial real estate management company, Wells Investment Properties, LLC which currently manages 13 properties including self storage facilities, retail centers and office buildings. Alan began his career as an architect, holding an active license until 1995.
