Alan has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate for over 30 years. He specializes in the sale, purchase and development of self storage facilities, having built his first facility in 1995. Alan is the owner of a commercial real estate management company, Wells Investment Properties, LLC which currently manages 13 properties including self storage facilities, retail centers and office buildings. Alan began his career as an architect, holding an active license until 1995.
